Post-Polio Health International's 11th International Conference
Aimee Verrall, MPH and Alexandra Terrill, PhD, a post-doctoral fellow, attended and presented at Post-Polio Health International's 11th International Conference, Promoting Healthy Ideas this June 2014 in St. Louis, MO. We talked about what we've learned from our RRTC surveys over the last few years, presented some findings that were specific to polio survivors, and also discussed our upcoming research. Alex presented her research on resilience in the face of adversity for people aging with a long-term physical disability.
